What is Pinax Project Blog?

The blog author creates posts through the Django admin. Markdown is the default markup format. Creole is optional.

Post urls can be based on title (slug) or date.

Unpublished blog posts can be previewed via ajax. Public, secret urls can be used for easier review.

Optionally, scoping and hookset pattern can be used to enable multiple blogs under one domain. Comments can be reviewed per post for multi-author workflows.

Opengraph and Twitter card meta data can be controlled per post.

New posts can be announced on Twitter.

Blog contents can be syndicated through Atom and RSS feeds.
